We have created this cancellation/return policy for you since we are aware that things don't always go as planned.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

Changes can be made to orders placed by customers up to 12 hours after they make their purchases. Due to the fact that all of our orders are automatically sent to fulfilment and logistics for processing the following morning, we are unable to accept changes to orders outside of the 12-hour window.

After an order has shipped, customers are not permitted to back out of their purchases.

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • The item may be exchanged within three days of delivery, per our policy. Please be aware that we only provide refunds when we are no longer able to complete your purchase because the item you ordered is out of stock.
  • We don't give cash back.
  • You are limited to one swap.
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it in order to be eligible for an exchange. Along with the original packaging and a receipt or other proof of purchase, it must also be. If the item is removed, it will not adhere to our exchange policy and won't be accepted.

Only if it meets the following criteria can we offer you free replacement at no additional cost: items are faulty - Damaged/Broken or soiled upon arrival.

If the item was sent in the wrong size, style or colour.

The buyers can no longer request for item replacement for any reason after 3 days of receiving the items.

Original shipping fee is non-refundable
The shipping fee for the exchange size AED-25 will be borne by the customer.
