Return & Refund Policy

Kick Lockerr recognize that things don't always go according to plan, so we created this cancellation/return policy for our customers.

Cancellation Policy:

Changes to customer orders may be made within 12 hours of purchase. All orders are automatically sent to Fulfilment and Logistics for next morning processing, so we cannot accept order changes outside of the 12 hour window.

Once the order has been shipped, the customer cannot cancel the purchase.

Exchange policy

If it is within 3 days after the arrival of the product, it can be exchanged according to our regulations. Please note that refunds will only be given if the ordered product is out of stock and the purchase cannot be completed.
I will not return the money.
Redemption is limited to one time. To be qualified for an trade, the thing must be unused and within the same condition as once you gotten it.. You must also attach the original packaging and receipt or other proof of purchase. If the item has been removed, it is not covered by our exchange policy and will not be accepted.
We can only offer a free replacement at no additional cost if the following criteria are met:
The item is defective - damaged/damaged or soiled upon arrival.

If the item was shipped in the wrong size, style or colour. After 3 days of receipt of the item, the buyer may not request a replacement for any reason.

Is there a fee for size exchanges?

No exchange fee
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
The customer is responsible for the shipping fee for exchanging the AED - 25 size.
